After completing a disposal service request from the dealership, they referred their own customer to us. The customer was also looking for a company to handle unwanted item removal and specifically requested service in English.
We are trusted for our fast response and reliable English communication. While many disposal companies in Japan cannot provide English support, we are different. We receive requests from foreign residents in Japan almost every day.
We are also highly experienced in working in luxury apartment buildings such as high-rise tower residences, including communicating with building managers, proper elevator use, and careful protective measures to avoid any damage to surrounding areas. Our staff pay close attention to their appearance and professionalism to meet the expectations of high-end clients.
We look forward to assisting you.

All of the rooms were filled with trash to more than half their capacity.
We carefully searched for valuables, separated the necessary items, removed everything from the property, and performed a basic cleaning.
The job required a team of five workers over three days.
The total cost, including labor and disposal fees, was 600,000 yen.

How TV Shows Abroad Explore the Psychology Behind Extreme Clutter
In many Western countries, “Hoarder Houses” have become a familiar topic through reality TV shows.
A hoarder is someone who cannot throw things away, often filling their entire home with items and garbage.
In Japan, we might call this a “gomi-yashiki,” or a cluttered home filled with unwanted items.
However, unlike simple cleaning shows, these foreign programs focus on the emotional and psychological side of hoarding.
In the United States, hoarding is officially recognized as a mental health condition, called Hoarding Disorder.
People with this condition feel strong emotional attachment or anxiety about throwing things away.
For many, clutter is not about laziness — it’s about fear, trauma, or loneliness.
That’s why many shows feature therapy sessions alongside the cleanup process.
I plan to delve deeper into my thoughts about Japan’s hoarder houses at a later date.

How do you think is the most cost-effective way to hand over a large quantity of light bulbs to a disposal company like ours?
Some people try to reduce the volume by breaking the bulbs into smaller pieces and putting them in bags, but this can actually make collection more difficult.
The correct way is not to break them, not to tape them together, and instead hand them over as they are, while protecting them as much as possible to prevent breakage.

Yokohama North Dock Run 2025 — Our Boss Took on the Challenge!
On November 1st, our company president from Nishida Service participated in the Yokohama North Dock Run 2025, held inside the U.S. Army’s Yokohama North Dock at Mizue Wharf, Kanagawa-ku, Yokohama (Chiwaka-cho, Mizuho-cho, Suzushige-cho).
And of course — he ran proudly wearing his Nishida Service–branded cap!
The event featured three race categories — 5 km, 10 km, and a half marathon — with a total of 5,000 runners joining this unique experience.
Because the course takes place inside a U.S. military base, all participants and guests must undergo ID and nationality checks, which adds an extra layer of excitement and security. The run is especially popular for its beautiful views of the Minato Mirai waterfront along the way.
A Japanese comedian(Kengi Moriwaki森脇健児) well-versed in sports also came as a guest to liven up the atmosphere.
Although our president didn’t quite make it to the finish line within the time limit this year, he said he had a wonderful time running in such a multinational and energetic atmosphere. We’re already cheering him on for a stronger comeback next time!
At Nishida Service, our energy comes from our active and dynamic team. Staying fit is part of our daily routine — it’s essential when we’re lifting and moving heavy furniture for our customers!
If you’d like to run alongside our boss (or just share some fitness motivation), we’d love to hear from you.
