Hello! This is Kasahara from Nishida Service.
This time, we dismantled and removed a bed from the second floor of a detached house in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo.
After years of use, beds and other large pieces of furniture can be surprisingly hard to carry out when the time comes to dispose of them. When removing items from the second floor of a detached house in particular, it is not unusual for a piece to be impossible to carry out as it is, because of the width of the staircase, the height of the ceiling, or the shape of the hallway.
This time as well, rather than carrying the bed out in one piece, we dismantled the frame, separated it into individual parts, and then removed them.

Many customers are not aware of this, but there are not many junk removal companies that can handle everything from furniture dismantling to removal. Dismantling furniture requires the knowledge and skill to understand its structure and take it apart using the proper procedure. Decisions must also be made to suit the removal route, such as the staircase and hallways of the building.
In addition, to carry the dismantled parts out safely, we must pay close attention to the removal route, protective covering of the property, and the surrounding conditions. It is important not only to collect items, but also to think about how they can be carried out and to respond to each situation accordingly.
At Nishida Service, we draw on 20 years of accumulated experience and know-how to handle furniture removal that involves dismantling.

Do you have a bed that is too large to fit through the staircase, a piece of furniture that cannot be removed without dismantling, or an item you have almost given up on disposing of because of the removal route?
In junk removal, what matters is not only whether furniture can be carried out, but also which methods are available when removal is difficult. This is where a company’s experience and technical skill are put to the test.
Nishida Service has 20 years of experience and know-how. We check the structure of the furniture, how it is installed, and the shape of the building, and then judge whether it can be carried out as it is or needs to be dismantled. We will propose the most suitable removal method we can for each individual situation.
Even furniture that other companies have turned down as too difficult may be removable through methods such as dismantling.
