We received a request from a chiropractic and osteopathic clinic in Takatsu Ward, Kawasaki City, asking us to remove and clear out all items from the premises upon their closure.
We accepted everything as-is — treatment beds, refrigerators, waiting room chairs and tables, shelving, medical equipment, signage, and various sundry items throughout the clinic.
The equipment and supplies that supported years of dedicated patient care carry with them a great deal of memories and meaning.

On the day of the work, we cleared out everything that had been essential to the clinic’s daily operations.
Medical beds and refrigerators tend to be considerably heavier than they appear, with few good grip points and an uneven weight distribution that makes them particularly challenging to handle.
We took care to lay down protective coverings along all removal routes and proceeded with each step methodically and with great caution.
In the end, every item was successfully removed, and all work was completed without issue.
When clients come to us with closure or move-out requests, one of the most common questions we hear is:
“Should I have everything packed up and ready before your team arrives?”
The short answer is: no — please don’t worry about that. Just reach out to us and leave everything exactly as it is.
There is no need to bag things up or tidy anything away beforehand. Whether the space is cluttered or packed with belongings, our staff will handle everything on-site from start to finish.
At Nishida Service, we provide flexible and comprehensive removal and clearance solutions for the closure, relocation, and refurbishment of a wide range of medical facilities — including judo therapy clinics, osteopathic clinics, acupuncture and moxibustion practices, and various other types of clinics.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us — we are always happy to help and welcome any inquiries!
