A Certified Estate Liquidation Specialist holds a nationally recognized qualification earned through study of the specialized knowledge, legal regulations, and compassionate communication skills required for estate clearance work. On-site, the role goes far beyond simply removing furniture and appliances. It involves navigating a wide range of sensitive decisions, such as how to handle cherished mementos, how to proceed with distributing keepsakes among family members, whether any items require a memorial service before disposal, and whether all items are being disposed of in an appropriate and lawful manner.
Certified Estate Liquidation Specialists are trained with the knowledge needed to help ease the anxieties of bereaved families and to carry out the clearance process with the utmost respect for the deceased. In addition, the role is guided by a set of four foundational principles.

The first principle is to treat bereaved families with genuine compassion and heartfelt kindness.
The second is to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance, so that customers can feel completely at ease when entrusting us with their needs.
The third is to carry out all work with a deep sense of respect and gratitude toward the deceased.
The fourth is to handle the belongings of the deceased with the same care and consideration one would give to the possessions of one’s own family.
