We recently received a request in Tsuzuki Ward, Yokohama, for the collection of leftover paint and empty pail cans.
The job involved removing residual paint from used containers as well as pail cans that had been stored on the premises. A single staff member handled the work on-site, completing the entire collection in approximately 15 minutes.

The proper disposal of paint depends on its condition and origin.
Small quantities of water-based paint generated by private households may be accepted through local municipal disposal channels, provided the relevant guidelines are followed. However, paint that remains in liquid form or is present in larger quantities is often excluded from standard collection services.
Paint and containers arising from business or commercial activities may be classified as industrial waste, in which case they must be handled by a licensed waste collection and transport provider.
