◆”Policy and Goals”
This year, I am turning 50 years old. Moving forward, I believe it is no longer enough to proceed solely based on youth, momentum, or mere ideas. Instead, as the president, I feel it is increasingly important to clearly articulate and uphold the company’s core philosophy, and to base our management firmly on that foundation.
I believe that a manager’s role is not just to focus on immediate matters, but to build a company that can sustain itself for the next 5 or 10 years. Of course, enhancing sales, improving the quality of services, and maintaining stable management are essential. In addition, I believe that developing human resources and engaging in new business ventures are indispensable for the company’s future growth.
To achieve this, the “company philosophy” is essential. Having a clear philosophy provides a foundation to return to when facing difficult decisions, making it less likely to lose direction.
For me personally, the most important aspect of managing the company is being able to genuinely feel a sense of “growth” and “change.” As a leader, I can perceive the company’s progress and development through various indicators such as increased sales, a growing client base, the number of trucks, and the size of the workforce.
However, I believe that for each employee, simply performing daily tasks may not always give them a sense of purpose or fulfillment in continuing to work here.
That is why I see it as my responsibility to create an environment where individuals can set their own goals and clearly feel their personal growth. Moving forward, I want our company to share common objectives and foster an organization where everyone can grow together.
We will clearly articulate this philosophy as part of Nishida Service’s guiding principles.
“Personal growth equals company growth” — this will be our fundamental philosophy and guiding principle.

◆”Vision for 2026″
Our vision for 2026 is: “Personal Growth = Company Growth, Leading to Social Contribution and Salary Increases.”
When each individual grows, it generates benefits for the company. I believe that sales are not just numbers; they are the result of being supported and needed by our customers, and of contributing to society.
Accumulating these efforts leads to the expansion of employment, wage increases, and investment in facilities, which ultimately contribute to society as a whole.
The growth of a company cannot be achieved by the efforts of any one individual alone. It is only through the growth of each and every employee that the company can move forward.
Therefore, I believe in valuing personal growth and aim to foster management that connects individual development with the overall growth of the company.

◆”Hisao Nishida’s Goals”
I believe that, as a leader, I must continue to grow and develop further. I want to maintain a learning attitude so that I can remain an inspiring and effective leader even at 60 years old.
My immediate goal is to steadily learn foundational topics such as bookkeeping and management, strengthening the very base of our management practices.
Additionally, I believe that the efforts of our sales team—who invest time and money and put their bodies on the line to secure business—should never be wasted. Their dedication is vital to the company’s success, and I am committed to supporting and valuing their efforts.
The work that our sales team has secured is not just a matter of revenue; it also reflects the pride of the company. Therefore, I believe we should face these opportunities earnestly and not decline them lightly.
Furthermore, we will place even greater emphasis on human resource development. Recruiting and training require time and effort, but I believe that dedicating ourselves to these efforts will be the foundation of the company’s future strength.
The growth of our people is, above all, the greatest asset the company possesses.
We will also gradually begin exploring new business opportunities. Currently, our operations are busy, and we are generating profits, so I do not believe our current approach is wrong.
However, rather than relying solely on existing work, I want us to consider new services and new business ventures, planting seeds for the next era.
Moving forward, Nishida Service will continue to value our daily work, while transforming each individual’s growth into the company’s strength, progressing toward a brighter future.
Our goal is to continue striving for services that satisfy our customers, while also creating a company where employees can feel their growth and development. Additionally, we aim to remain a company that is needed and valued by society.
We will continue to take steady steps forward in this pursuit.
Thank you for your ongoing support of Nishida Service.
