This time, we received a request to remove waste from a US military base. The location was near Gate 5 of Yokota Air Base.
According to the customer, the waste was mainly wood, iron, batteries, and plastic, the amount was two containers. Therefore, we set up two containers, one at a time, and the customer will put the waste inside, and remove each container two or three days later.

From the acceptance of the customer’s request until we removed the container, all communication and confirmation with the customer proceeded in English.
Especially, US military bases are sites with strict security, so we carefully confirmed the way of permission, the time of day the container was delivered, and the installation period in advance.
The application for permission to enter the base was made by presenting the driver’s license and taking a photo (obtaining ID).
As a service for foreigners, we usually provide unnecessary items in Tokyo and Kanagawa Prefecture.
Regarding US military bases like this, we accept requests from foreigners living on or near Yokota Air Base, Yokosuka, Atsugi, and Zama bases. Of course, we also accept consultations for other areas.
