An elderly male resident had passed away, and over time, an odor began emanating from the room. A neighboring resident contacted the management company, and the apartment owner subsequently reached out to Nishida Service for consultation.
After receiving the inquiry, our staff rushed to the site right away to assess the condition of the room.
During the hot summer months, odors inside a room can intensify quickly, making a rapid response absolutely essential in special cleaning work.
To minimize the impact on neighboring residents as much as possible, we installed special deodorizing and disinfecting equipment that same day and carried out emergency measures. This swift initial response helped contain the spread of the odor.
The following day, a team of four staff members began full-scale special cleaning work, completing the job over the course of one day.
