Safe Removal from Basement Handling Large Safes of 700kg, 300kg, and 50kg.

The request involved a single-family home in Bunkyō City, Tokyo. The task was to remove and dispose of large safes installed in the basement. Upon inspection at the site, we discovered there were three safes in total, each weighing approximately 700kg, 300kg, and 50kg—weights that are typically challenging for standard removal services.
The customer mentioned that, prior to consulting with Nishida Service, they had contacted several other junk removal companies but were turned down by all of them.

Removing heavy items from the basement, especially those weighing several hundred kilograms, is a task that can lead to serious accidents if not handled correctly. It requires specialized experience and a well-organized system, making it difficult for unprepared contractors to manage.
For this project, we arranged a lift-gate truck and deployed a team of four staff members to carry out the removal.
Before beginning the work, we thoroughly protect the walls, floors, and stairs to prevent any damage to the building. We carefully remove all doors from the safes and meticulously check inside to ensure nothing valuable remains. Only after these preparations do we proceed to carefully remove each safe from the basement.
Since even a small mistake in judgment can lead to accidents, our team operates with constant vigilance and focus. Ultimately, we successfully completed the removal of all safes without incident.

After the work was completed, our customer kindly said, “We had been turned down by other companies everywhere, so we are truly grateful for your help! Thank you very much!”
Receiving such appreciative words, especially knowing that they chose Nishida Service among many providers and were pleased with our work, has been a great encouragement for us.
We are grateful for every opportunity and will continue to respond to each one with sincere and diligent work.
Thank you for your continued support of Nishida Service. We look forward to serving you in the future!
