Estate Clearance Includes Memorial Service for Hina Dolls and Gogatsu Dolls.

Hello! This is Nishida Service.

We received an estate clearance request from a customer residing in Nagareyama City, Chiba Prefecture.

The customer compared our services with those of a local Nagareyama-based company before ultimately choosing to entrust the job to Nishida Service.

The customer felt that these Hina dolls and Gogatsu dolls, filled with treasured memories, simply could not be disposed of as ordinary items — and so requested a proper memorial service for them.

At Nishida Service, we honor these meaningful sentiments and take full responsibility for seeing the memorial service through to completion.

Afterward, we sent the customer a photo confirming that the memorial service had been carried out successfully, which brought them great joy.

The customer’s home contained many items in excellent condition, including a piano and furniture. We purchased all of these items.

At Nishida Service, we actively appraise and purchase items of value, striving to reduce the customer’s overall clearance costs as much as possible.

Since this job involved the estate clearance of an entire house — a large-scale undertaking — we handled it with a team of 6 staff members over 2 days of work.

While listening carefully to the customer’s wishes, we carefully sorted through the belongings — separating items to keep, items to preserve as keepsakes, and items to be disposed of — checking each one individually and proceeding with the work with great care.

Estate clearance is an important service — one in which we sort through belongings the deceased once cherished, all while remaining attentive to the feelings of the bereaved family.

At Nishida Service, we handle everything in one comprehensive package — not just removal and disposal, but also doll memorial services, Buddhist altar closing ceremonies, and item purchases — so there’s no need to contact multiple companies.

If you are considering estate clearance, please feel free to consult with Nishida Service.

Leave the disposal of post-renovation building materials to us!

Hello!

Recently, a customer in Tsuzuki Ward, Yokohama,
asked us to collect the housing fixtures and building materials left over after a home renovation.

Removed doors, fittings, and building materials had been gathered at the entrance,
and items such as a bathroom vanity and toilet were also included in the collection.

Many of the fixtures were quite heavy, so two staff members carefully carried them out to avoid damaging the building,
completing the work in about one hour. We collected a full 2-ton truckload of unwanted items.

Some of the fixtures and building materials generated by renovation work must be properly collected and transported as industrial waste.

For this reason, it is important to request collection from a company that holds the proper licenses.

Nishida Service holds an industrial waste collection and transport license.

As a licensed operator, we comply with all relevant laws and regulations and carry out collection and transport in an appropriate manner.

In addition to collecting housing fixtures and building materials after renovations,

we also handle a large number of requests from construction contractors,

renovation companies, real estate companies, and property management companies.

“I want to have all the fixtures from my renovation cleared away at once.”

“I want to entrust my building materials and construction waste to a company I can trust.”

If this sounds like you, please feel free to consult Nishida Service.

From small collections to large-scale sites, we respond quickly and carefully, tailored to each customer’s situation.

Safe and proper unwanted-item collection — made possible precisely because we hold an industrial waste collection and transport license.

If you’re struggling with the disposal of unwanted items, housing fixtures, or building materials after a renovation, Nishida Service will take full responsibility and handle it for you.

We hold a license for the collection and transport of industrial waste!

Have you heard of the term “Industrial Waste Collection and Transport License” ?

Since it’s not something you encounter often in everyday life, many people may find it unfamiliar or hard to understand.

However, this license plays a crucial role when it comes to disposing of waste generated by companies, stores, construction sites, and renovation projects.

✦・┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ ・✦

“Industrial Waste Collection and Transport License” — what exactly is that?

“Industrial waste” refers to waste generated through business activities, such as at companies, stores, factories, and construction sites.

For example:

Wood and gypsum board from construction sites
Concrete and rubble from demolition work
Metal scraps from factories
Waste plastics
Materials replaced during equipment installation work

These types of waste are treated differently from household garbage and must be properly disposed of as “industrial waste” in accordance with the law.

✦・┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ ・✦

On the other hand, furniture, home appliances, and daily necessities discarded from households are classified as “general waste” .

In other words, even though they may look like the same “garbage,” the disposal methods and applicable laws differ depending on whether the waste originated from a household or from business activities.

So, what exactly is the “Industrial Waste Collection and Transport License”?

This is a license required to collect industrial waste generated through business activities from customers and transport it to an appropriate processing facility.

Not just anyone can transport this waste freely — only businesses that meet the standards set by law and have received a license from the prefectural government (or other authority) are permitted to do so.

For this reason, when construction companies, contractors, renovation companies, real estate companies, and facility management companies need to dispose of waste materials or unwanted supplies, it’s essential to entrust this work to a licensed operator.

If you hire an operator without the proper license, it could lead to improper processing or illegal dumping.

Should issues such as illegal dumping occur, responsibility may extend to the waste-generating business as well, so choosing an operator based solely on “low price” is not advisable.

To ensure peace of mind, it’s important to confirm whether the operator holds the necessary license.

At Nishida Service, we hold the following license to properly collect and transport industrial waste:

Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Waste Collection and Transport License No. 13-00-187541

Kanagawa Prefecture Industrial Waste Collection and Transport License No. 01400187541

These licenses are not something you simply obtain once and then forget about.

Operators must comply with the law, maintain proper management practices, and continue conducting business in accordance with the established rules.

At Nishida Service, we comply with all relevant laws and take full responsibility for transporting industrial waste entrusted to us by our customers to appropriate processing facilities.

In addition to industrial waste, we also handle a wide range of requests, including unwanted item removal, abandoned property clearance, vacant house cleanup, and the tidying of stores and offices.

“Is this considered industrial waste?”
“I’m not sure about the difference between household waste and business waste.”
“Can you also take care of construction debris?”

If you have any questions like these, please feel free to contact us.

✦・┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ ・✦

At Nishida Service, we take the time to carefully explain each customer’s individual situation and propose the appropriate solution.

To ensure our customers can request our services with peace of mind, we place great importance on complying with the law and handling every job responsibly.

If you’re having trouble with industrial waste disposal or business waste collection, please feel free to contact Nishida Service, a licensed operator, at any time.

Request for Collection of Leftover Renovation Materials.

The other day, we received an inquiry from a customer in Kawasaki Ward, Kawasaki City, regarding the collection of leftover materials and unwanted items following a renovation project.

Normally, the site would have been cleared upon completion of the work, but according to the customer, the contractor who performed the renovation had forgotten to remove the materials, and the customer was subsequently told to dispose of the items themselves.

Being suddenly left responsible for disposing of large materials and leftover items can be overwhelming, especially when you’re unsure where to turn for help.

Since removal and proper disposal are far from simple tasks, the customer found themselves in quite a difficult situation.

Upon inspecting the site, we found several items remaining, including a stepladder and containers — materials that would have been difficult for the customer to dispose of on their own. Our staff carefully assessed the removal route and safety considerations before beginning work. The job was handled by 2 staff members with 1 mini truck, and was completed in approximately 1 hour.

If you’re looking for fast, same-day collection, we recommend reaching out via LINE.

Paint & Pail Can Collection — Job Completed!

We recently received a request in Tsuzuki Ward, Yokohama, for the collection of leftover paint and empty pail cans.

The job involved removing residual paint from used containers as well as pail cans that had been stored on the premises. A single staff member handled the work on-site, completing the entire collection in approximately 15 minutes.

We’d like to share a Google review left by one of our customers:

“I had been struggling with disposing of paint and other items when I found this company through an online search. After reaching out via LINE, I received a reply almost immediately, and they came the very next day to collect my unwanted items — including a washing machine. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I’ll definitely turn to them again if I need anything in the future.”

✦・┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ ・✦

We are truly grateful for your kind words.

Your feedback means a great deal to us, and the entire team was absolutely delighted to hear it. Thank you so much for choosing us!

   ◆◆◆

The proper disposal of paint depends on its condition and origin.

Small quantities of water-based paint generated by private households may be accepted through local municipal disposal channels, provided the relevant guidelines are followed. However, paint that remains in liquid form or is present in larger quantities is often excluded from standard collection services.

Paint and containers arising from business or commercial activities may be classified as industrial waste, in which case they must be handled by a licensed waste collection and transport provider.

Nishida Service holds a licensed permit for industrial waste collection and transport. This means we are equipped to handle paint and pail cans — items that can often be difficult to dispose of — assessing the contents and condition of each item before carrying out the appropriate collection.

If you need help with clearing or cleaning out, feel free to reach out to Nishida Service anytime.

Vacant House Clearance【3LDK Condominium Unit + House Cleaning】

We recently received a request in Izumi Ward, Yokohama, for vacant house clearance and pre-need decluttering (seizen seiri) in connection with the sale of a property — a 3LDK condominium unit.

Since the client wished to move forward with the sale as quickly as possible, they asked us to handle not only the removal of household belongings, but also professional house cleaning as part of the service.

The unit still contained everyday household items, documents, and various small belongings, so our team carefully checked and sorted through each item before removal.

The clearance work was carried out by a team of four staff members using three 2-ton trucks, and all household items were removed from the unit in a single day.

The following day, we carried out house cleaning, restoring the entire unit to a clean, move-in-ready condition.

After the work was completed, the space—which still carried traces of everyday life—was transformed into a bright, open room where its true size and natural light could finally be felt. The result was a remarkable transformation.

At Nishida Service, we offer comprehensive support that goes beyond simple junk removal, including pre-need decluttering (seizen seiri), vacant house clearance, pre-sale property cleanup, and house cleaning—all handled under one roof.

If this is your first time requesting this kind of service and you feel a little unsure, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We always aim to provide sincere, trustworthy service so that every customer feels glad they chose to work with us.

Please feel free to contact Nishida Service anytime—we look forward to hearing from you.
