After enjoying their trip in Japan, many travelers struggle with how to dispose of unwanted suitcases.
This time was one of those cases — amazingly, a traveler even rushed to a local police box (koban) for help.
We are not sure whether it was a police officer or a passerby who assisted them, but in order to help the traveler, someone searched for a disposal company that could communicate in English, and our company, Nishida Service, received a call directly from the police box!
We were surprised by the unexpected request, but luckily our truck was already driving around Tokyo and was able to successfully pick up the suitcase. The traveler was extremely happy and relieved.

Thank you for helping keep Japan clean by not illegally dumping your belongings.
We hope you continue to enjoy your trip!
We also receive bulk requests from hotels and B&Bs for travelers’ suitcases and unwanted items.
English support is available, and larger quantities generally make the service more cost-effective overall.
