Hello! This is Kasahara from Nishida Service.
The leaves are gradually starting to change color, and we can really feel autumn settling in. How is everyone doing?
In this post, we would like to introduce a hoarded company dormitory cleanout and junk removal job in Tsuzuki Ward, Yokohama.
The request came from a company representative regarding an apartment where one of their employees lives. They asked us to have the room cleared out by the end of the month.
Inside the room, garbage bags, plastic bottles, and other items were piled high, leaving almost no visible floor. The area around the kitchen was also overflowing with containers and unwanted items. In addition to a strong odor, there was a large infestation of pests such as cockroaches.
The client was very troubled by the situation and found it difficult to deal with it on their own.

The room was on the first floor of the apartment building. A large amount of garbage had accumulated inside, and there was not enough space left even for daily living.
When clearing out a hoarded home like this, we need to pay attention not only to the volume of garbage but also to hygiene and safety during removal.
Because the odor was strong and there were many pests, we carried out the collection while keeping the impact on the surrounding area as low as possible.
Other residents also live in the apartment building. We paid attention not only to the inside of the room but also to the area around the building, taking care to keep any inconvenience to neighbors to a minimum.
We parked the truck in front of the apartment so that collected garbage and unwanted items could be loaded in sequence as the work progressed.
Since the request came from the company, we asked the employee to be present on site, and we proceeded with the cleanout while confirming details with them as we went.
